We have built an innovation center for yarn, textile and fabric developments and another one for research, development and testing of materials, polymers and chemicals.
Our unique processes, materials and textiles exceed performance benchmarks for abrasion resistance, water repellency, comfort, breathability, chemical protection and thermal insulation. Ninja® guarantees that stringent in-house and external tests and trials are conducted to ensure compliance with CE and ANSI, as well as REACH, Prop-65, restricted substance monitoring by Intertek (Germany) and Oeko-Tex®
Ninja® emphasizes expertise, capability and quality across 14 facilities. Together, they cover an entire vertically integrated product cycle from development, raw material procurement, processing and packaging which allows for material and process inconsistency, cost savings and expediency.
SPINNING
Our Spinning Mill can transform bales of cotton into many variants of generic and technical yarns. Ninja® guarantees that utmost care is put into selecting the most reputable suppliers and processes.
PROCESSING
We process generic yarns, polyester and polyamides; high-performance yarns like glass, steel, KEVLAR® & Nomex®; and Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, e.g. Dyneema®.
PLYING
We ply our own technical yarns and our in-house processing allows for customization of yarn compositions to meet the desired performance specifics for our customized products.
KNITTING
Ninja’s unique range of Shima Seiki high-performance knitting machines cover the widest range of knitting options; from 5 to 21 gauge, allowing unparalleled diversification in seamless liner configurations.
DIPPING
Ninja® is unmatched in its quality and variety of coating technologies and are known for our unique proprietary coatings like HPT®, NFT® and PFT.
PRODUCTIVITY
We have a dedicated team of process engineers for constant productivity and consistent improvements.
We guarantee the caliber of everything we manufacture because we adhere to stringent quality and process standards including ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, EU Regulation 2016/425 Module D, GRS, OCS, BCI, WRAP, GSV, SA 8000:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, Oeko-Tex®, Sedex 4-pillar, 5S, FWC/WCA and WWF – Green Office.
All components and ingredients used in the manufacturing and construction of Ninja® products have been assessed and comply with the REACH European Legislation,EC # 1907/2006 (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) another commitment to ensuring all our products are “skin friendly”.
Oeko-Tex® is the global testing and certification body for the textile industry. Many of our gloves have been tested for harmful substances thus enabling us to guarantee safe and skin friendly gloves.
The Sanitized® (triclosan free) hygiene function is integrated into all Ninja® gloves. The Sanitized® (triclosan free) provides freshness, comfort and protection. Sanitized® (triclosan free) acts like a built-in deodorant that keeps clothing fresh for longer time and leaves you feeling safe and protected.
